Terrified

If I am honest
(And I profess to be
Or at least genuinely try)
I am terrified.

Not able to put a date
On when I was last alone
But remembering what
alone was like
today I look
like that rabbit
in the headlights
paralysed

I am going to
honour my terror too.
And do nothing.
