I just think its odd
How the helpless need help
But the helpers are also helpless
Is that why noone is able to help anyone?
It is also odd
How when one gives up on us
Another comes and adores
Same person many loves
If we're lucky
Enough to tie us over from cradle to grave
Is there hope in this?
That help we may not
But love we can?
Well lets love then
With all that we've got.
